From 19 to 26 October 2016, Stäubli Robotics presented its know-how at Salon K in Düsseldorf. Thanks to a demonstration cell specially designed for the occasion, Stäubli was able to highlight the precision and efficiency of its robots.
With more than 60 years experience in plastics processing, Stäubli has established itself as a partner of choice to the industry, offering a unique range of integrated solutions for the automated injection molding process.
This became as clear as ever at this year’s edition of K in Düsseldorf, Germany (October 19 – 26).
A pioneering demo cell set up by Stäubli allowed visitors to observe the essential steps of a fully automated injection molding machine. The display featured two robots — a TS60 SCARA and a six-axis model of the new TX generation — and exemplified the Stäubli concept of Quick Mold Change and SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die).
The realistic, step-by-step demonstration showcased how Stäubli’s superior technologies in injection molding lead to outstanding performance, optimized processes and higher productivity.
